Activities in the Move Garden are
Guided Flow Movitations
Select your Motivation, and discover the power of combining music, movement and breathing.
You can do Movitations anywhere and in your normal clothes. You don’t need a mat or any special equipment.
When you have learnt the movements and stances, go to the ‘flow’ versions and work with sound. You can then enjoy Movitations with or without the films.
