What people are saying…
I have been privileged to participate in the MindHarp practitioner training. I am already using MindHarp for myself and with my family...The practitioner training is a combination of ‘face-to-face’ Zoom meetings and structured personal use/exploration of the features of MindHarp. The training sessions are well organised, and the content is presented in a friendly and accessible manner. One-on-one support is also available for anyone needing it; I had a personal masterclass on the use of Zoom! This is all supported by excellent course materials and an informative website. It was great to ‘meet’ so many people on the Zoom training from diverse therapy backgrounds, including: hypnotherapy, music therapy, physical therapy and yoga. There really is something for everyone with MindHarp.

The MindHarp app has proven to be a very useful tool for my work as a music therapist. I found it to be engaging for young children and have been using it to support the development of social skills and expression. Attending the course with Mark and Stewart was very beneficial, as they offered their insight into creating the app, as well as providing ideas and suggestions of how to use the app with different populations.

What a fantastic and unique app!...accessible even for people like me, a non-musician and with no musical talent...it has a naturally calming effect on my mind and body and hugely beneficial for people with anxiety, depression and feelings of stress and overwhelm...it drops us into the here and now...I look forward to using it in my personal life as well as with clients.

As a music therapist, I have found the MindHarp application to be highly useful and a wonderful tool in my work. The ability to integrate technology, particularly one that is interactive and colourful, has been so wonderful an addition to my interactions with my clients (especially in the virtual world). I hope that the field of music therapy will explore the uses of this tool in our work

MindHarp has enabled me to promote mindfulness and emotional literacy with all of my students. It creates a holistic environment where students can explore, address and reflect on their current state of mind. I have used it as a 'Mindful Moment' activity after playtimes and as a structured activity to help students with their anxieties, worries and thoughts. It is a powerful tool with the ability to calm and focus whole classes of students to enable them to focus on their learning and develop a positive atmosphere within the classroom. I am looking forward to further updates with the app and seeing the long term benefit in my students. I recommend that all teachers and support staff use this app to help support, nurture and promote a positive learning environment where their students can learn feeling safe, secure and creative.

I have found the MindHarp to be extremely relaxing and engaging not only for myself but also with my work as a Neurologic Music Therapist. The sounds and functionality of the app has really appealed to my clients and has helped to develop their cognition, mobility and their emotional wellbeing. This app is a must have.
